Who is Brandi Simon?

Brandi is an experienced family law attorney who represents clients across Kentucky, with a primary focus on Central Kentucky counties including Fayette, Scott, Woodford, Bourbon, Franklin, Harrison, Clark, Madison, and Jessamine. She handles a wide range of matters such as divorce, child custody and support, paternity actions, grandparent rights, EPO/DVO cases, pre-marital agreements, and select family immigration issues. Brandi excels in high-conflict and contentious cases involving substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health challenges, and complex financial disputes, including the valuation and division of privately-owned businesses, real estate, intricate compensation packages, investments, and retirement assets.
