Immediate Needs

At times you may have an immediate need that must be addressed when we are not in the office, especially outside of regular business hours. If there is a threat to person or property, then you should contact your local law enforcement authorities and they may be able to assist. If the matter needs immediate attention and the authorities cannot handle it, protection may be available under our Domestic Violence laws under very specific circumstances that we should discuss at our first meeting. Maintain copies of all orders that are provided to you, your family, at all times, especially in instances of Emergency Protective Orders or Domestic Violence Orders.
